Primero. CONFIRMÁSE por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Quibdó, Sala Civil, Familia, Laboral, dictada dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Virginia Mosquera Mosquera contra el Municipio de Istmina -Chocó-.
Segundo. PREVÉNGASE al representante legal del Municipio de Istmina que inicie los trámites y gestiones necesarios, si es que ya no lo hubiere hecho, para obtener las partidas presupuestales indispensables, que le permitan pagar lo que adeuda a la actora por razón de salarios atrasados. Igualmente, que garantice el pago oportuno de los salarios que ésta devengue a partir de la notificación de este fallo.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
