- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Quince de Familia de Santafé de Bogotá, el día once (11) de Octubre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada y en consecuencia se ordena que el EJERCITO NACIONAL, BATALLON DE COMUNICACIONES DE FACATATIVA, proceda, dentro del término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a disponer el descuartelamiento del soldado SANDRO ISRAEL CARMONA LOPEZ, a quien el Ejército deberá otorgar libreta militar en la forma establecida por la ley y el reglamento.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE por secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
