- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia de la Honorable Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil, del dos (2) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992), en el asunto de la referencia, por las razones precedentes.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR la presente decisión al Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Cali -Sala Civil de Decisión-, para los efectos de la notificación a las partes, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
