- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Montería, el catorce (14) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), en el asunto de la referencia, por las razones precedentes.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente decisión al Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Montería, para los efectos de la notificación a las partes, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
