- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado 9º Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá y por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, mediante las cuales se declaró improcedente la acción de tutela instaurada por Fernando Sabbagh Dada contra la Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
