Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia de fecha 21 de junio del 2000, que nego la accion de tutela incoada por MIRIAM DIEZ RUIZ.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Departamento de Analisis Estadistico de Planeacion Municipal de Medellin, remitir a la Secretaria de Salud del Municipio de Medellin o a la entidad que haga sus veces, la ficha tecnica 139795 de 9 de septiembre de 1996, para que dicha dependencia municipal proceda conforme a sus competencias y atribuciones si la peticionaria Miriam Diez Ruiz, tiene o no derecho a ser beneficiaria del Regimen Subsidiado de Salud que brinda el Municipio de Medellin, de acuerdo con la Constitucion y la ley.
Tercero. Por Secretaria general, librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
