- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el juez 55 penal del circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR a las directivas del colegio R.R. Adoratrices que suspendan toda exigencia a los padres de familia derivada de la venta de boletas de rifas, de acuerdo con las disposiciones educativas contenidas en el articulo 203 de la ley 115 de 1994.
