  1. Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
  2. Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de San Andres Isla, el cinco (5) de abril y el dieciocho (18) de mayo de dos mil (2000) y por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de la misma Ciudad, el ocho (8) y once (11) de mayo de dos mil (2000), en los expedientes T-336 793, T-342 419 y T- T-344 251, en cuanto denegaron las solicitudes de tutela de los accionantes ANA YAMIL WILLIAMS NELSON, AYDA LUZ MONTERROSA SUAREZ, SANDRA JUNIELES ANGARITA y CESAR TULIO VERBEL MONTES contra el HOSPITAL TIMOTHY BRITTON DE SAN ANDRES ISLA.
  3. Segundo. CONCEDER la proteccion solicitada por los accionantes ANA YAMIL WILLIAMS NELSON, AYDA LUZ MONTERROSA SUAREZ, SANDRA JUNIELES ANGARITA y CESAR TULIO VERBEL MONTES en las demandas de tutela interpuestas contra el HOSPITAL TIMOTHY BRITTON DE SAN ANDRES ISLA.
  4. Tercero. ORDENAR al senor Gerente del HOSPITAL TIMOTHY BRITTON DE SAN ANDRES ISLA que, en el termino maximo de dos meses, contado a partir de la notificacion de la presente providencia, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, proceda a cancelar la totalidad de los salarios adeudados a los actores.
  5. Cuarto. PREVENIR al ente demandado para que en el futuro evite incurrir en las omisiones que generaron la instauracion de la presente accion de tutela.
  6. Quinto. DAR cumplimiento por Secretaria General a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
