Primero. Confirmar la sentencia de fecha 6 de junio del 2000, proferida por el Juzgado Veinte Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Gerente del Instituto de los Seguros Sociales-Seccional Bogotá-Cundinamarca que en el término de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia informe al actor de la tutela si JOSE MANUEL GUTIERREZ MORENO, domiciliado en la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá Cra. 48 N 5 Y-12 sur Barrio Mirador, teléfono 7604218, sobre los documentos, clase de trámite que debe surtir ante la entidad, así como la información necesaria para el reclamo de las prestaciones económicas de carácter prestacional a que afirma tener derecho.
Segundo. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
