- Primero. DECLARAR que hubo temeridad en las acciones de tutela radicadas en esta Corporación bajo los números T-333410, T-333857, T-340072 y T-340076 y en consecuencia, se deciden desfavorablemente todas las solicitudes.
- Segundo. ADVERTIR al señor Juan Pablo de la Virgen de la Peña Gaitán - Didier Mignon, para que en el futuro no repita la conducta que llevó a resolver todas las acciones de tutela por él iniciadas y que podrá ser objeto de sanciones si dicha conducta se repite en el futuro.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
