- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Quinta de Decision Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Barranquilla de fecha 12 de mayo de 2000, dentro de la tutela instaurada por Samira Esquiaqui Laverde contra el Seguro Social, y en su lugar CONCEDER el amparo al derecho de peticion.
- En consecuencia, se ordena al Seguro Social que, en el termino de un (1) mes, contados a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, resuelva la solicitud de Samira Esquiaqui Laverde en los terminos senalados en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
