- Revocar la sentencia de fecha dos (2) de agosto del año dos mil (2000), de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil y Agraria. En consecuencia, se concede la tutela pedida y se ordena al agente especial designado para administrar a Credisocial Caja Financiera Cooperativa en liquidación, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta providencia, reintegre en su totalidad los recursos destinados a la seguridad social que habían sido depositados
- Por Secretaría General líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
