Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de El Guamo-Tolima de fecha 9 de junio del 2000, y en su lugar amparar el derecho al trabajo el condiciones dignas de la ciudadana ROSA TULIA VEGA.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de El Guamo que si no lo hubiere hecho ya, proceda a cancelar los salarios adeudados a la libelista en un término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, siempre y cuando exista disponibilidad presupuestal, en caso contrario, dicho plazo debe utilizarse para adelantar las gestiones presupuestales pertinentes, las cuales deben materializarse a más tardar dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes.
Tercero. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
