- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil-Agraria de fecha 24 de mayo del 2000 dictada dentro de la acción de tutela interpuesta por Ruth Marleny Suárez Malaver, que a su vez confirmó la Sentencia del Tribunal Superior de santa Rosa de Viterbo, de fecha 30 de marzo del 2000.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
