- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, de fecha 18 de mayo del 2000, que a su vez confirmó la providencia del Tribunal Superior de Cali, Sala Laboral, del 21 de octubre de 1999, con las siguientes modificaciones:
- El pago de las sumas adeudadas deberá hacerse en un término de 48 horas, siempre y cuando exista disponibilidad presupuestal, en caso contrario, el mismo término deberá tomarse para adelantar las gestiones presupuestales pertinentes, las que deberán culminar con el pago efectivo de las prestaciones debidas en un término no superior a los 30 días.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
