Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por Juzgado
Primero. Civil del Circuito de Sincelejo del 28 de marzo del 2000, que a su vez confirmó la providencia del Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Santiago de Tolú, de fecha 7 de febrero del 2000 que denegaron las pretensiones del demandante, pero por las razones expresadas en la parte motiva de esta Sentencia.
Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
