- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos proferidos por los juzgados 2 Penal Municipal y 3 Penal del Circuito de Ibagué, mediante los cuales se negó el amparo.
- Segundo. PREVENIR al Hospital Federico Lleras Acosta y al Director del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario -INPEC-, para que, en el futuro continúen brindando toda la atención que requiera el paciente, con el fin de que su salud no se deteriore ni se menoscabe su dignidad humana.
- Tercero. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
