PRIMERO. LEVANTAR la suspensión de términos impuesta por el Auto del 10 de octubre de 2005.
SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Civil Municipal de Santiago de Cali, el 14 de junio de 2005 y, en consecuencia, NEGAR la tutela al derecho a la salud de la menor Ximena Andrea Zamora.
TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
