- Primero. CONFIRMAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia del quince (15) de mayo de dos mil uno (2001), proferida por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Civil Municipal de Florencia (Caqueta), al resolver la accion de tutela instaurada por instaurada por JOSE ROBERTO CLEVES contra la Cooperativa Financiera para la Amazonia - COFINAM -.
- Segundo. MODIFICAR la sentencia mencionada en el numeral anterior, en el sentido de revocar la decision de ordenar a la entidad demandada que reintegre al demandante el excedente de sus aportes a la Cooperativa Financiera para la Amazonia en el termino maximo de seis (6) meses contados a partir de la fecha de comunicacion de la sentencia.
