- Primero. REANUDAR los terminos del proceso de tutela de la referencia (Expediente T-1129951) los cuales fueron suspendidos por orden de la Sala Quinta de revision mediante Auto del 14 de Septiembre de 2005.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Cartagena en el cual se denego la accion de tutela, por las consideraciones expuestas en esta providencia.
