- Primero. REVOCAR por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Trece de Familia de Bogotá el día seis (6) de abril de dos mil (2000).
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por los derechos a la igualdad, al trabajo y a la estabilidad laboral reforzada de la ciudadana MARIA CRISTINA RUIZ CASTRO, y por lo tanto, ORDENAR al Representante Legal de Industrias CHABA S.A. que reintegre a la demandante al oficio que venía desempeñando al momento del despido, sin perjuicio de las demás pretensiones laborales a que pueda tener derecho, la cuales serán definidas por la jurisdicción laboral.
- Tercero. LÍBRESE por Secretaría la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
