Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Quince Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, del 16 de marzo de 2000. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección de los derechos al trabajo, al mínimo vital y a la seguridad social de la señora María Judith Botero Vásquez.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Sociedad Perfilería Bacatá Ltda, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, cancele, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, los salarios adeudados a la señora María Judith Botero Vásquez
Tercero. La Sociedad Perfilería Bacatá Ltda. asumirá todos los gastos médicos que eventualmente requiera la señora María Judith Botero Vásquez y sus beneficiarios hasta tanto se ponga al día en el pago de los aportes por concepto de salud al Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
Cuarto. COMPULSAR copias de esta providencia a la Fiscalía General de la Nación para lo de su competencia.
Quinto. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionará de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Sexto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
