- Primero. REANUDAR el término suspendido para proferir fallo en este proceso.
- Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Bucaramanga y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela solicitada.
- Tercero. En consecuencia, ORDENAR a la A.R.S. Comfenalco de Bucaramanga que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia suministre a la señorita DIANA LUCIA SERRANO el medicamento ácido valproico en la cantidad y por el tiempo que dispongan los médicos tratantes.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
