Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Laboral del Circuito de San Andrés Isla y en consecuencia conceder la acción de tutela de la referencia para proteger su derecho a la vida, a la dignidad y a la integridad, en conexidad con el derecho a la salud.
Segundo. Ordenar al Director del Establecimiento Penitenciario y Carcelario de San Andrés Isla, que vigile y que haga las gestiones que sean necesarias para que el señor Simón Ríos Sepúlveda reciba toda la atención ordenada en esta nueva fase del tratamiento, a más tardar cinco (5) días después de expedidas las ordenes por parte del médico tratante.
Tercero. Líbrese por Secretaría General las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
