- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Treinta y Cuatro Penal Municipal de Medellín, de fecha 25 de septiembre de 2002, dentro de la tutela instaurada por José Manuel Salazar Serna, contra Susalud E.P.S., pero por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
