- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Octavo. Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá del 14 de marzo de 2000. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección del derecho de petición del señor Teofilo Manuel Narváez Mendoza.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Director de la empresa Fondo de Pasivo Social de Puertos de Colombia, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de ésta sentencia, entregue al señor Teofilo Manuel Narváez Mendoza, las copias de los documentos por él solicitadas dentro de la petición elevada el día 30 de noviembre de 1999 a dicha entidad.
- Tercero. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionará de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
