Primero. Revocar la sentencia dictada en el proceso de la referencia por el Juzgado
Tercero. Promiscuo Municipal de Sabanalarga y, en su reemplazo, tutelar los derechos al trabajo y al mínimo vital de la accionante. En consecuencia, ordenar a la propietaria de la Sala de Belleza Ruluz que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, proceda a autorizar a la accionante para que continúe desarrollando las actividades que realizaba al momento de terminación de la correspondiente relación de trabajo.
Segundo. Advertir a la peticionaria que, en aplicación del artículo 8º del Decreto 2591 de 1991, dentro de los cuatro (4) meses siguientes a esta sentencia instaure ante las autoridades jurisdiccionales el respectivo proceso en orden a definir la naturaleza de la relación entre el establecimiento comercial y la actora y la determinación de los eventuales derechos laborales.
Tercero. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
