Primero. REVOCASE la sentencia proferida por la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judiciatura del Atlantico, en la acciones de tutela de Jose Miguel Villa Ortega en contra del Seguro Social, seccional Barranquilla. En su lugar, CONCEDASE el amparo solicitado, en los terminos expresados en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Segundo. En consecuencia, ORDENASE al gerente del Seguro Social, seccional Barranquilla, o quien haga sus veces, que si aun no lo hubiere hecho, en el termino de 48 horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, realice las gestiones necesarias para garantizar el reconocimiento y pago de la pension de vejez, a la que pueda tener derecho el actor.
Tercero. Por Secretaria General, LIBRENSE las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
