- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de 6 de abril de 2001, adoptada la Sala Sexta de Decisión del Tribunal Administrativo del Valle. En su lugar se niega el amparo solicitado conforme a las razones reseñadas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación, se libren las comunicaciones previstas por el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
