- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. (2o) Civil del Circuito de La Dorada (Caldas) y en su lugar conceder la tutela del derecho fundamental de peticion al ciudadano Egidio Diaz Aristizabal.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Representante legal de Caja Nacional de Prevision (Cajanal) que si no lo ha hecho, en el termino de 48 horas, proceda a resolver de fondo el objeto de la peticion elevada por el ciudadano Egidio Diaz Aristizabal.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, efectuar las comunicaciones de que trata el Decreto 2591 de 1991.
