  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
  2. Tercero. Promiscuo de Familia de Cúcuta, el día veintiocho (28) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
  3. Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por violación del derecho al Trabajo. En consecuencia se ordena a la ADMINISTRACION MUNICIPAL DE CUCUTA adoptar dentro del término de tres meses, las medidas indispensables para reubicar a los accionantes DANIEL QUINTERO ROPERO, CARMEN DE JESUS GARCIA, LUZ ESTELLA ROMERO TRIANA, ISRAEL PACHECO MONTAGUT y RAFAEL TEJADA CRIADO en un sitio donde puedan desarrollar su actividad de manera permanente sin causar las molestias propias de la invasión del espacio público.
  4. Tercero. LIBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
