- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Penal del Circuito de Valledupar al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por María del Socorro Daza Orozco contra el Instituto de Seguros Sociales y en su lugar CONCEDER el amparo solicitado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Cesar, que si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de este fallo, responda de fondo la solicitud formulada por la actora, notificándole a ésta sobre lo decidido.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
