- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de instancia proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga el 19 de octubre de 1998, mediante la cual se decidió la acción de tutela instaurada por Eumelina Arenas Arenas en contra de la Gobernación del Departamento de Santander, la Secretaría de Hacienda Departamental y el Secretario General de la Gobernación.
- Segundo. PREVÉNGASE a las entidades demandadas, para que si no lo han hecho, den INMEDIATA respuesta a la solicitud presentada por la señora Eumelina Arenas Arenas, en relación con la liquidación y pago de sus cesantías parciales.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí previstos.
