PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida en el presente caso por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil, el 2 de octubre de 1995, y, en consecuencia, negar la tutela solicitada.
SEGUNDO. Comuníquese a la Sala Civil-Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Popayán para que notifique la sentencia a las partes según lo establecido por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
