- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. En lo que respecta a la eventual vulneración del derecho al trabajo, CONFIRMAR la sentencia de mayo 21 de 1992, proferida por la Sala Plena del Consejo de Estado.
- SEGUNDO. En lo que concierne a la violación de los derechos a la honra y al buen nombre, ADICIONAR la mencionada providencia en el sentido de tutelar los derechos fundamentales del señor JAVIER DARIO VELASQUEZ JARAMILLO y, en consecuencia, ORDENAR al Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia, que en el término de quince (15) días contados a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, CELEBRE la audiencia pública a la cual se refiere el numeral
- octavo. de los fundamentos jurídicos para los propósitos y efectos allí señalados.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación a la Sección Primera del Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
