- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Pasto, que negó el amparo al actor por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Conceder la protección de los derechos constitucionales fundamentales del accionante, a tener una vida digna y a la seguridad social y Ordenar al Director de Cajanal E.P.S. Seccional Nariño que, si todavía no lo ha hecho, en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente providencia, proceda a suministrar al actor la prótesis requerida para la conservación y preservación de su salud auditiva.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
