- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos por los juzgados 2 Promiscuo Municipal de Arauca y 2 Promiscuo del Circuito de la misma ciudad, que denegaron el amparo deprecado por Dilis Miriam Mercado, para, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela incoada.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde Municipal de Arauca que, antes de proceder al desalojo de la accionante, y dentro del termino maximo de sesenta (60) dias habiles siguientes a la notificacion de esta Sentencia, realice un acuerdo con aquella para lograr su reubicacion y, en todo caso, le reconozca las mejoras que se hubiesen efectuado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, LIBRESE la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines alli contemplados.
