- Primero. CONFÍRMASE la sentencia del Juzgado Dieciocho (18) Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, de fecha treinta (30) de julio de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), que denegó la tutela propuesta por la señora Ligia Marulanda Ochoa, pero ORDÉNASE al Ministerio de Defensa dictar la decisión correspondiente a la sustitución de la pensión del señor Alvaro Correa, con citación y audiencia de las señoras Ana Sofía Duque de Correa y Ligia Marulanda Ochoa.
- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE esta providencia al Juzgado Dieciocho (18) Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
