Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. Penal Municipal de Donmatias-Antioquia, de (17) de mayo de dos mil (2000), en lo que respecta a la accion de tutela interpuesta por el senor LUIS CARLOS BUILES MEJIA contra la empresa INDUSTRIAL DEL VESTIDO LTDA & CIA. S.C.A.
Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Segundo. Penal Municipal de Donmatias, Antioquia, el diecisiete (17) de mayo de dos mil, (2000), en cuanto denego la proteccion a los derechos fundamentales en la accion de tutela interpuesta por el senor REINALDO DE JESUS TEJADA CASTANO contra la empresa INDUSTRIAL DEL VESTIDO LTDA & CIA. S.C.A.
Tercero. CONCEDER la proteccion solicitada por el senor REINALDO DE JESUS TEJADA CASTANO en la demanda de tutela interpuesta contra la empresa INDUSTRIAL DEL VESTIDO LTDA & CIA. S.C.A.
Cuarto. ORDENAR al senor administrador de empresa INDUSTRIAL DEL VESTIDO LTDA & CIA. S.C.A. que en el termino de un mes contado a partir de la notificacion de la presente providencia, si no lo hubiere hecho ya, proceda a cancelar la totalidad de las mesadas pensionales adeudadas al actor TEJADA CASTANO.
Quinto. PREVENIR al ente demandado para que en el futuro evite incurrir en las omisiones que generaron la instauracion de la presente accion de tutela.
Sexto. DAR cumplimiento por Secretaria General a lo previsto en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
