- RESUELVE:
- Declarar EXEQUIBLE, conforme a lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta Sentencia, la "Convencion Interamericana contra la fabricacion y el trafico ilicitos de armas de fuego, municiones, explosivos y otros materiales relacionados", adoptada en Washington D.C., el 14 de noviembre de 1997, asi como la Ley 737 del 5 de marzo de 2002, por medio de la cual fue aprobada.
