- R E S U E L V E :
- Declarar INEXEQUIBLE la ley 540 de 1999, por medio de la cual se aprueba " la Convencion Interamericana contra la fabricacion y trafico ilicito de armas de fuego, municiones y explosivos y otros materiales relacionados", adoptada en Washington D.C. el catorce (14) de noviembre de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
