Por la cual se regula la cuota de compensación militar y se dictan otras disposiciones.
A juicio del actor, las expresiones acusadas violan lo dispuesto en los artículos 2, 5, 13, 14, 42 y 83 de la Constitucional Política.
Para la Corte, los argumentos expresados por el actor impiden adelantar la confrontación del texto impugnado con las disposiciones constitucionales que se invocan como vulneradas, por lo que resuelve declararse INHIBIDA para proferir decisión de fondo respecto de las expresiones acusadas, por ineptitud sustancial de la demanda.
