- PRIMERO. DECLARAR EXEQUIBLES el Convenio de Amistad y Cooperacion entre los Gobiernos de las Republicas de Colombia y Suriname, firmado el 11 de noviembre de 1993, y la ley 280 del 22 de mayo de 1996 que lo aprueba.
- SEGUNDO. Comuniquese esta decision al Gobierno Nacional por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Presidencia de la Republica, y enviesele copia autentica de la misma para los efectos constitucionales previstos en el numeral 10 del articulo 241 de la Carta Politica.
