- R E S U E L V E :
- DECLARAR EXEQUIBLE la expresión normativa "Si el pago de la obligación a cargo del deudor se hubiere pactado en diversos instalamentos, en la demanda podrá pedirse el valor de todos ellos, en cuyo caso se harán exigibles los no vencidos" , contenida en el artículo 554 del Código de Procedimiento Civil (modificado por el art. 1 num. 302 del decreto 2282 de 1989).
