- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E:
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE el Convenio 182 sobre la Prohibicion de las Peores Formas de Trabajo Infantil y la Accion Inmediata para su Eliminacion", adoptado por la Octogesima Septima (87a) Reunion de la Conferencia General de la Organizacion Internacional del Trabajo - OIT, Ginebra Suiza, 17 de Junio de 1999.
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la Ley 704 de 21 de Noviembre de 2001, por medio de la cual se aprueba dicho convenio.
- TERCERO. Enviar copia de esta sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores para los efectos pertinentes a que alude el articulo 241-10 de la Constitucion Politica.
