- Declarar EXEQUIBLES el "Acuerdo de Asistencia Judicial en Materia Penal entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República Argentina", hecho en Buenos Aires, el tres (3) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997), así como la Ley 492 del 21 de enero de 1999, por medio de la cual se aprueba dicho Acuerdo.
