- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "el saldo de", del articulo 34 del Decreto Legislativo 2279 de 1989 "Por el cual se implementan sistemas de solucion de conflictos entre particulares y se dictan otras disposiciones".
- SEGUNDO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "la segunda mitad de", del articulo 40 del Decreto Legislativo 2279 de 1989.
- TERCERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "la segunda mitad de", del articulo 44 del Decreto Legislativo 2279 de 1989.
