Terminado el proceso, el presidente del tribunal deberá hacer la liquidación final de los gastos; entregará a los árbitros y al secretario la segunda mitad de sus honorarios, cubrirá los gastos pendientes y, previa cuenta razonada, devolverá el saldo a las partes. Los árbitros y el secretario no tendrán derecho a la segunda mitad de sus honorarios cuando el tribunal cese en sus funciones por expiración del término fijado para el proceso o el de su prórroga, sin haberse expedido el laudo.
