El laudo se acordará por mayoría de votos y será firmado por todos los árbitros, aun por quienes hayan salvado el voto por el secretario; si alguno se negare, perderá el saldo de honorarios que le corresponda, el cual se devolverá a las partes. El árbitro disidente consignará en escrito separado los motivos de su discrepancia.
