- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la expresion "un Comisario de Familia" contenida en el articulo 297 del Decreto-Ley 2737 de 1989.
- Segundo. Declarar INEXEQUIBLE la expresion "con el caracter de empleado de libre nombramiento y remocion" contenida en el articulo 297 del Decreto-Ley 2737 de 1989.
